Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

All purchases of ExcelSQLMaster are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, refunds, and customer payment inquiries.

30-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with ExcelSQLMaster, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. To request a refund, contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase, or visit paddle.net.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods after the initial 30-day window.

Renewal Refunds

If you forgot to cancel before an automatic renewal, please contact Paddle within 14 days of the renewal charge. Paddle will review your request in accordance with their refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

EU/UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by downloading and activating the software, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests are handled by Paddle. You can reach Paddle through the link in your purchase receipt email, or visit paddle.net for support. We cannot process refunds directly as Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
